We want your Rejected Hearts Club jewelry to be loved and worn. If your piece needs a little extra care, our team may be able to help with a repair.

Repair Eligibility

Rejected Hearts Club jewelry may be considered for repair for up to 3 months from the original purchase date.

Repair eligibility is determined after review by our team and depends on the condition of the jewelry, availability of replacement components and the type of repair needed.

Repairs may include issues such as:

Clasp or closure repairs
Chain repairs
Replacement of certain components
Reattachment of charms or hardware
Other minor repairs that our team determines can reasonably be completed

Some pieces may not be repairable due to their construction, materials, discontinued components or extent of damage.

Before Sending Your Jewelry

Please do not send jewelry to Rejected Hearts Club without prior authorization.

To request a repair review, contact us at info@rejectedheartsclub.com and include:

Your name
Order number, if available
Name or description of the item
A brief description of what happened
Clear photographs showing the entire piece and the area needing repair

Our team will review your request and let you know whether the piece appears eligible for repair and provide next steps.

Complimentary vs. Paid Repairs

If RHC determines that an issue is the result of a manufacturing defect within the applicable repair period, we may offer a complimentary repair or another appropriate resolution.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, improper storage or care, or alterations made by someone other than Rejected Hearts Club is not considered a manufacturing defect.

When possible, RHC may still offer repair services for these pieces. Any applicable repair costs will be communicated and approved before work begins.

Repair Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping merchandise to Rejected Hearts Club for repair unless RHC agrees otherwise in writing.

For approved complimentary repairs resulting from a verified manufacturing issue, RHC will provide applicable shipping instructions.

International customers are responsible for return postage and any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or carrier fees associated with sending merchandise to RHC for repair unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Please use a trackable shipping method. Rejected Hearts Club is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while being shipped to us.

Repair Timeframes

Repair times vary depending on the piece, the repair required and the availability of materials or components.

Once your jewelry has been received and evaluated, we'll provide additional information regarding the repair and expected timeframe when available.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Submitting a repair request does not guarantee that an item can be repaired.

Because many Rejected Hearts Club pieces feature unique materials, stones and components, exact replacements may not always be available. When appropriate, our team may offer an alternative solution for your consideration.

Repairs performed or alterations made by a third party may affect RHC's ability to repair the merchandise.
