Thank you for shopping with Rejected Hearts Club. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days once payment authorization and verification have been completed.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Complimentary Shipping
We are pleased to offer:

Shipping rates for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout.

Most domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Alternative shipping options such as UPS are available at checkout for expedited delivery within the United States.
For international orders, shipments may be sent via USPS International, UPS, or DHL, depending on destination and selected service level.
Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient and reliable delivery option.
International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, please note that customs duties, taxes, VAT fees, or import charges may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Rejected Hearts Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges incurred at delivery.
Fine Jewelry Shipping & Handling
Our fine jewelry pieces, including lab-grown diamond designs, are crafted with exceptional care and shipped with the highest level of attention and security.
All fine jewelry orders are fully insured and shipped via secure carriers such as UPS or DHL, depending on destination. To ensure safe delivery, a signature is required upon receipt for all high-value shipments.
Each piece is carefully packaged in protective, presentation-ready packaging and handled with discretion throughout transit. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
For security reasons, we are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed. Rejected Hearts Club is not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers or for packages once signed for and confirmed delivered.
