We want you to cherish and love every piece you receive from Rejected Hearts Club.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags and materials.
Before starting your return:

Sale and final-sale merchandise is not eligible for return.

Gift cards, hats and slippers are final sale.

Complimentary gifts or gifts-with-purchase must be returned with the qualifying purchase.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.

International customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise to Rejected Hearts Club, including return postage and any applicable customs, duties, brokerage or carrier fees.

Items reported as damaged, defective or incorrect require review by RHC. Please contact us with clear photographs of the item and packaging before initiating your return.
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
