We want to you cherish and love every piece that you receive from us. 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Clothing items must be unused with tags still on the items in order to return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Oops did something break? We want you to enjoy our products for a lifetime. We will fix and repair your jewelry up to 3 months after the date of purchase.

                            

Email us at info@rejectedheartsclub.com and let us know what happened and we will work with you to get it fixed.

If your product is damaged or broken due to our mishap you will be eligible for a refund up to 30 days.
